No More Knives LDN
Description :
In 2018, a knife crime epidemic swept through the heart of London taking with it many young lives. The fact is, last year was a most violent year, with government, police and communities themselves proving unable to stem the bloodshed. No More Knives LDN was shot on 16mm film and features a cast of real people who have all in some way been affected by knife crime. The film is set to the emotive words of 17-year-old London Slam poet, Maya Sourie, and aims to provoke debate and discussion amongst our youth by challenging the perception of what it means to carry a knife.
