Noa Gusakov is an award-winning filmmaker, currently based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Noa is a graduate of the Sam Spiegel Film School, Jerusalem. Her writing and directing credits include 5 short films: "Walking Up", "Lookout", "Sabbatical", "Large Soldier" and "How to Swim" which have collectively screened at over 100 film festivals. The screenplay for "Large Soldier", was developed at the Berlinale Short Film Station, and the film was nominated for the Israeli Academy Awards for Best Short Film. Her last short "How to Swim" had its international premiere at the Palm Springs ShortFest and was selected to be a Vimeo Staff Pick. In the last years, she earned fellowships in the MacDowell Colony, New Hampshire and in Yaddo, NY. Noa is currently working as a screenwriter & director for TV productions, mostly in Nickelodeon Israel Chanell, and developing her debut feature film.
