Lucy is a London based editor who uses her sensibilities to convey intimate, naturalistic or experimental portrayals of human experiences.
Lucy Berry is an award-winning editor, represented by Final Cut. Working her way up as an assistant at the London edit house, Lucy was promoted to the company’s roster of editors at the beginning of 2020. She has worked with top advertising agencies and cut films for clients including Tesco, Sky, Vogue and The New York Times.
Throughout her career, Lucy has drawn on a passion for story-telling and creative experimentation. Her work in the world of music videos has been celebrated, and seen her work with a wide-range of artists, including Kano, Rita Ora, Robbie Williams, alt-J, Glass Animals and Two Door Cinema Club.
Lucy’s work on Kano’s short film/music video project “Trouble / Class of Deja,” directed by Aneil Karia, has been recognised at international awards and festivals. The film earned her a Gold for Best Editing at the Kinsale Shark Awards and another at Ciclope 2019.
Lucy was awarded Gold as “Most Promising in Film Craft” at Creative Circle 2022. She continues to bring her versatility and passion for the craft to commercial campaigns, music video projects and short films.
