Ella Hatamian is a seasoned editor and film director from Los Angeles, where there are no seasons.
Her diverse repertoire of work includes television, music videos, commercials, documentary, and narrative films which have been screened at film festivals across the world including Sundance, Los Angeles Film Festival, AFI Docs, and at Lincoln Center, where she picked up the word "repertoire."
Ella graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2011 and was awarded an IFP Narrative Lab fellowship before returning to Califonia for graduate school at USC's School of Cinematic Arts.
Her first directorial feature, NOBODY MAY COME, is about a 67-year-old entertainer named Valerie Sassyfras, who is in the midst of pursuing her popstar dreams. It premiered at the 2020 New Orleans Film Festival where it recieved a Jury Prize.
