Otis Hughes is the 73 year-old adaptive cyclist and captain of the Brooklyn Red Caps, a multi-generational cycling group that includes prospective Olympians, past Olympians and cyclists of all levels. The group gets together every week in Prospect Park and goes for epic rides all around the Tri-State area. The group's most important function though is as a family for the members to support each other through life's many ups and downs.
